RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
A CONSIDERED APPROACH TO RETURNS
At Lux Lovely™, we stand behind the quality and integrity of the products we offer. As a multi-brand platform, our collections are fulfilled through a combination of Lux Lovely™, trusted brand partners, in-house, and select production providers. As a result, return eligibility, processing times, and conditions may vary.
We are committed to providing a simple, clear and consistent return experience.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items may be eligible for return provided they meet the following conditions:
· Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
· All original packaging, tags, liners and components must be intact
· Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window, of 30 days from delivery.
You will be emailed a return label within 48 hours after initiating your return. Returns are free. There is no label fee or restocking fee.
If your return includes multiple items fulfilled by different brand partners or sources, you may receive multiple return labels. Please ensure items are returned separately according to the corresponding label.
Items sent with incorrect labels or to the wrong location may not be eligible for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or production standards. These include:
· Perishable goods - food, drinks, flowers, or plants
· Opened or used personal care product (such as, but limited to soap, makeup, beauty products..etc)
· Opened supplements and/or ingestible items (All food, drinks, vitamins, supplements)
· Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
· Final sale or clearance items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If a return request does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it may be declined or canceled. In such cases, you will be notified, and the request will be closed.
RETURN REQUESTS
The simplest and fastest way to initiate a return is to sign in to your customer account using the email you entered during checkout at https://account.luxlovely.com. After inputting the email you used during checkout, a verification code will be sent. Enter the verification code and you will be able to access your account. No password or previous signup is needed. In your customer account you will able to manage your orders and request returns. We will review your requests. If approved, return instructions, including shipping details and next steps, will be provided to you.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To ensure the fastest and most seamless experience, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and initiating a return for the original item, if eligible under our return policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging within the email so we can resolve the issue promptly.
