SHIPPING POLICY
At Lux Lovely ™, we offer a selection of products from both our brand partners and our own collection therefore; fulfillment may vary slightly by item. As a multi-brand platform, our collections are shipped through a combination of Lux Lovely, trusted brand partners, and select production providers. Because of this structure, fulfillment methods and delivery timelines may vary by product.
We are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience while maintaining transparency across all fulfillment sources.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days following confirmation. During periods of increased demand, including product launches and seasonal volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been accepted and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation notification.
FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING METHODS
Orders may be fulfilled through the following channels:
Partner-Fulfilled Items - Products fulfilled by brand partners are shipped directly from the partner’s facility. These items follow the partner’s processing and shipping timelines.
Lux Lovely Collection- Items fulfilled by Lux Lovely, including select branded and made-to-order products, are shipped either directly by Lux Lovely or through our production partners.
Because of this structure, items within the same order may be shipped separately and delivered in multiple packages and arrive at different times.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After you complete checkout, your order goes into our processing queue. Processing can take 1- 4 business days. This may be extended to 7 business days during times of heightened volume. All orders are subject to a processing timeframe. Please note: Expedited shipping is not the same as expedited processing. Currently, we do not offer expedited processing. Once your package has been dispatched (after processing), it ships at the estimated timeframe selected during checkout.
Delivery timelines vary based on the product and fulfillment source. Estimated processing plus delivery ranges are as follows:
Partner-Fulfilled Items: approximately 4–10 business days
Lux Lovely Collection: approximately 4–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, geographic location, and seasonal demand. Lux Lovely does not guarantee any delivery times.
HAWAII/ALASKA and P.O. BOXES
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes can take up to 7-12 business days. We have seen some customers in remote areas experience a longer wait time.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
At this time, Lux Lovely currently ships within the United States. We are actively working toward expanding international shipping availability.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. For orders fulfilled across multiple sources, separate tracking numbers may be issued.
DELAYS & DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
While we work closely with our partners and carriers to ensure timely delivery, Lux Lovely is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and/or ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges on any packages. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Weather-related events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Lux Lovely is not responsible for packages returned as “unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” by carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners), nor addresses entered erroneously though we will try our best to assist you. SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Lux Lovely cannot be held responsible for delay, damage, defect, material difference, theft or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Lux Lovely is unable to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Requests to update a shipping address must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be made once an order has entered processing.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first review your tracking information and confirm your shipping details.

NOTICES
Items that are perishable, ingestible, made-to- order, or designated as “Final Sale” , are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. By completing a purchase of a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Lux Lovely reserves the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in our policies. This includes, but is not limited to, items returned outside of the eligible window, products that do not meet return requirements, or cases where policy terms have not been followed.
